Gordon Brown has delivered a keynote speech to civil servants at Civil Service Live today.

The prime minister's speech took part on the morning of the opening day of the three day event at Westminster’s QEII Centre.

Civil Service Live is the first ever event of its kind dedicated to the UK civil service, designed to inspire innovation and enable the sharing of best practice for the largest ever gathering of civil servants.
